Code Fix: An apostrophe displays incorrectly in email events in runtime

Issue Description

When you use an apostrophe in an email event or task notification mail, the apostrophe is encoded and displays incorrectly as &apos in runtime.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP9 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP9 to apply the fix.
  4. Start a new instance of the workflow.
