Workflow actions fail with "An unexpected error occurred on the connection." or "The SaaS provider cannot renew the access token , please re-authenticate the connection to renew the access token".
Instructions
Re-authenticate the connection to renew the access token. To do so:
- Navigating to Site Contents
- Select 'Nintex Workflow for Office 365'
- Connections
- Click on the ellipses next to your connection
- Select Edit
- Select 'Update credential details'
Once complete, the connection should begin working again without any additional modification to the impacted workflows.
Additional Information
It's expected for a connection to require re-authentication after an extended period of time (i.e. years)
