ISSUE
When a workflow uses the Send An Email action and sends the email via the External Email and Attachment option, the email never arrives at the external email.RESOLUTION
- Verify that the email can be sent to via an email service outside of Nintex Workflow.
- Verify that the email can be sent to via an email service outside the corporate environment.
- Verify that "noreply@workflownotification.com" has not been blacklisted for that email environment.
- If the issue persists contact support@nintex.com and ask to verify the domain has not been restricted for the external email service.
