Workflow Calling Start Workflow Web Request Errors With "Failed to Start Workflow. The Profile For The User Is A Temporary Profile."

Issue

When trying to start a workflow using a web service, the workflow fails with error "Failed to start workflow. The profile for the user is a temporary profile." 

 

Resolution

Place a one minute Pause action at the beginning of the workflow that is being started via the web service.
