Issue Description
When you upload a document or file whose name contains the following special characters: !”#$%&’()*+-./, the upload fails with a file not found error.

File not found
Cause
The characters were not encoded.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Download and Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Get the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP4 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP4 to apply the fix.
