Hi Nintex Forums,

Is there a way to change the names of instances logged in the Instances page, preferably by using variables from the start form? I'd like to able to tell which project a given instance is referring to without having to click into a dozen identical entries.

Thanks, let me know.

Hi @jstraus ,

This is currently not possible, but a really great idea. I have created a uservoice post(https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/430063-5-nintex-workflow-cloud/suggestions/39761608-add-a-variable-to-the-instance-name-to-help-identi), if you would like to vote on it. I have also raised this internally with our Product team for you.
