Why I can't access to form in nintex mobile app

Why I can't access to form (F07 - Solicitud de descuento) in nintex mobile app.

 

This app show a error message, view attachments.

 

But in other form more single (Formulario (Pruebas), it opened normally.

 

Both forms have a nintex workflow.

 

I have a nintex 365.
