When a task is created from Nintex Automation Cloud towards RPA, the task is executed on RPA's side, but approval or acknowledgment is not sent back to Nintex Automation Cloud regarding the task's status. Nintex Automation Cloud's side is shown as stuck, although the task was already completed, whether successful or failed.
Instructions
The steps to reproduce are the following:
- Create a task from Nintex Automation Cloud.
- Wait for the RPA task to be created and execution to be finished.
- Check the Nintex Automation Cloud process status.
In the SEQ logs, an error Failed to send webhook notification is presented as below:
A hotfix was implemented for 23.11 and can be located in the public directory under the name of RPA update to NAC.zip
