When generating a DocGen Package an error occurs: There was a problem with the query

Instructions

This error occurs when the user generating the DocGen Package does not have permission to a DocGen Package Document, Template, or Attachment. Please review the below and reach out to Nintex Support if more details for specific record ids are required.

1. Type = Document (prefix 015)
Resolution:
- Append the ID of the document to the Salesforce URL:  mydomain.salesforce.com/{record_id} to verify the User has access to the record or possibly deleted from the Salesforce Environment.
 - Grant the user permission to Documents or Documents Folder.

2. Type = Content / Salesforce Files (prefix 069)
Resolution:
- Append the ID of the document to the Salesforce URL:  mydomain.salesforce.com/{record_id} to verify the User has access to the record or possibly deleted from the Salesforce Environment.
- The User must have “Salesforce CRM Content User” checked.
- The User is granted access to the Content Document or the Content Document Library
