Issue
Adobe Sign Agreement Envelopes fail when generated from a Community using SOBO.
Error Code
On the Adobe Agreement Envelope:
- Invalid user ID or email provided in x-api-user header.
- Invalid or no file info is provided.
Resolution
Manual runs from the Lightning Component, Flow, or Looplus Run page are not supported for SOBO.
- Convert the manual run experience into an Outbound Message.
- Purchase individual Adobe Sign licenses for the community users.
