Drawloop - Scheduled Report Document Package is not sending the report as scheduled

Issue

Recipients have not received any reports as scheduled in the Document Package recently.

 

Resolution

Ensure that the Scheduled Report Document Package has recently been activated and that Nintex Drawloop has been authorized in the Drawloop Admin tab.
