Run a workflow on items within a specific folder in a list

Hi!  I'm trying to set up a workflow to run on only items within a folder within a list in SharePoint o365.  Any suggestions?

The list is the Documents library and the folder is tied to a channel in teams (so I can't just move the files in the folder to a new libary)
