Code Fix: Unable to open a hyperlink from a Rich Text control that is set as read only
Issue Description
When you configure a Rich Text control on a view with a hyperlink value and you add the view to a form, navigation to this hyperlink does not work in runtime from the view/form when the Rich Text control is set to read only. This occurs when you use Internet Explorer as the browser.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Download and install the K2 Five (5.1) November 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Download the K2 Five (5.1) November 2018 Cumulative Update FP9 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) November 2018 Cumulative Update FP9 to apply the fix.
- Refresh the browser cache.
