Code Fix: The K2 smartforms Hyperlink control converts URL values to lower case

Issue Description
When you add a URL with an upper-case value to your K2 smartforms Hyperlink control, the value is automatically converted to lower case.
Resolution
The fix is available in the following K2 versions:
