Nintex workflow error in SharePoint health analyzer post installation

Issue

Post installation of Nintex Workflow 2010,2013,2016, the error below may be logged in SharePoint health analyzer

[MissingFeature] Database [WSS_Content] has reference(s) to a missing feature: Id = [2fb9d5df-2fb5-403d-b155-535c256be1dc], Name = [Nintex Workflow 2016 Enterprise Reporting], Description = [Enables the use of Nintex Workflow 2016 Enterprise Reporting on this site.], Install Location = [NintexWorkflowEnterpriseWeb]. The feature with Id 2fb9d5df-2fb5-403d-b155-535c256be1dc is referenced in the database [WSS_Content], but is not installed on the current farm. The missing feature may cause upgrade to fail. Please install any solution which contains the feature and restart upgrade if necessary." had been cleared after redeploying the nintexworkflow2016enterprisefeatures.wsp solution.
 

 

Resolution

Stop all Nintex related services via Central Administration>System Settings>Manage services in this farm 

1. Retract Nintex solutions in the following sequence.
nintexworkflow2016enterprisefeatures.wsp
nintexworkflow2016.wsp
nintexworkflow2016core.wsp
nintexforms2016core.wsp
nintexforms2016.wsp
nintexexternalconnection.wsp
nintexcommon.wsp

Steps to retract a solution: 

On the Central Administration Home page, click System Settings and then click Manage farm solutions.

On the Solution Management page, click the name of the solution.

On the Solution Properties page, click Retract Solution. The Solution Management page is redisplayed.

2. Deploy Nintex solutions in the following sequence.
nintexworkflow2016core.wsp
nintexworkflow2016.wsp
nintexworkflow2016enterprisefeatures.wsp
nintexforms2016core.wsp
nintexforms2016.wsp
nintexexternalconnection.wsp
nintexcommon.wsp

Steps to deploy a solution: 
On the Central Administration Home page, click System Settings and then click Manage farm solutions.

On the Solution Management page, click the name of the solution.

On the Solution Properties page, click Deploy Solution. The Solution Management page is redisplayed.

3. Restart all Nintex related services and navigate back to SharePoint analyser and re-analyse the rule to clear the error.
