Issue Description
PackageByReference items are incorrectly deployed when deploying a package with PowerShell -NoAnalyze. This results in the whole package being deployed.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
- Get the K2 Five RTM FP19 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five RTM FP19 to apply the fix.
- The PackageByReference item is no longer deployed.
