Hi

Connecting a K2 4.7 instance to a new SP2016 farm, and got this message coming up:

Error retrieving the K2 Signing Certificate. Verify that [K2_SIGNING_CERTIFICATE_PRIVATE] is correctly configured.

It happened very early in the run of AppDeployment.exe, where it was trying to validate the K2 URL by downloading https://k2prod.com/autodiscover/api/metadatadocument/test.

In fact, if I try that manually, I get the same message (if I watch through Fiddler).  A similar mesage also appears in the logs files:

2025 Error Marshalling SourceCode.Security.UserCertificate.UserCertificateManagementServer.GetK2SigningCertificate, Error retrieving the K2 Signing Certificate. Verify that [K2_SIGNING_CERTIFICATE_PRIVATE] is correctly configured.

I have checked in the Host Configuration database and an entry for [K2_SIGNING_CERTIFICATE_PRIVATE] does exist.  I have compared it to my Dev server, wehich doe not have the problem, iand it all looks similar.

I have rerun the configuration checker and that comes up clean.  Nothing comes up on Google.

Has anyone else run into this?  And fixed it?
