Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Web.UI, Version=2015.3.930.40

Issue

When running Setup Manager with Configure option, the installer fails with following error:
Logged Error: Error from controlutil output: RegisterControlTypes Failed: Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information.
Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Web.UI, Version=2015.3.930.40, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=121fae78165ba3d4' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Error Code

Resolution

1) Copy Telerik.Web.UI.dll from the 5.4 install media ([Extracted Folder]K2 Platform Classic (5.4) (5.0005.1000.1)Installation), it should be the 2015.3.930.40 version. 

2) Replace in the following locations

C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlBinControlPack ControlsTelerik.Web.UI.dll

C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlK2 smartforms DesignerinTelerik.Web.UI.dll

C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlK2 smartforms RuntimeinTelerik.Web.UI.dll

3) Run the setup manager from Windows Start menu in recovery mode to complete the reconfigure.
