Issue

Documents included in unpublished Processes cannot be archived. 

 

Resolution

1. Publish the process
2. Edit the document and select archive from the cogwheel menu

 

Additional Information

This may have occurred due to a change in the Process Approval workflow mode leaving some documents in this state or similar.
