Issue
A Nintex Promapp Process may give the following error when attempting to restore from the Archived folder:
Restore Failed: Could not find Linked Process for Decision: <Decision Name>
OR
Restore Failed: Could not find Linked Process: <Linked Process Name>
Restore Failed: Could not find Linked Process for Decision: <Decision Name>
OR
Restore Failed: Could not find Linked Process: <Linked Process Name>
Resolution
Export the Process to XML from the archived section and Import into your site:
- Turn on XML Import/Export in your site (Admin > Configure > Print, Import and Export set Enable process import/export to XML to ON)
- Go to the Archived Process
- View the Change Log
- Select the 1.0 blue link in the change log - this will open a Minimode of the Process in a new Window
- Select the Cog Wheel > Export > Export to XML
- Save the Exported File
- Go to the Process Group where you want the Process
- Right click and chose Import > Import from XML
- Select the file you just exported & Select Import
Additional Information
The Process may have been archived prior to the restrictions on archiving linked documents were implemented. If the Linked Process has since been deleted, this Process will not be able to be restored.
