Issue Description
When you run a sync using the SyncEngine in a cluster environment, the sync executes simultaneously, and an exception occurs.
Error Message
The following exception occurs: “Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_IdentityLink'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'SyncEngine.IdentityLink'”.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
- Download and install the K2 Five (5.2) May 2019 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Download the K2 Five (5.2) May 2019 Cumulative Update FP8 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.2) May 2019 Cumulative Update FP8 to apply the fix.
