Topic

When logging into K2 using Windows STS, the following error appears:

Specified Issuer could not be found. For more information see <a href='http://k2.com/BXEQPJB'>http://k2.com/BXEQPJB</a>;
Please check the IssuerName in the web.config and ensure that the configuration has been setup appropriately.

Instructions

Please check the Thumbprint value in the following areas:
1. K2 Windows STS web.config located in [K2 Install Path]\WebServices\Identity\Sts\Windows, look for this line:
<add key="Thumbprint" value="" />
2. [Identity].[ClaimIssuer] table

If there is a mismatch, you can confirm the correct thumbprint based on the Certificate Hash of the valid K2 STS Certificate  in IIS > Server Certificates, and then update the thumbprint value accordingly.
