Code Fix: Naming a form parameter “sn” automatically converts it to Serial Number upon KPRX load.

Issue Description

When performing a KPRX load for form parameters, if a parameter is named “sn” it will automatically be converted to Serial Number.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP33 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP33 to apply the fix.
  4. Refresh the browser.

Considerations

For form parameters which have been converted to Serial Number, delete the existing design version of the K2 Workflow and perform a reload of the KPRX.

Please Note: if the K2 Workflow has not been deployed, the Workflow will be lost.
