Issue Description

When you configure a form with a parameter named “para_*” or “para” (“para_ApprovalID” for example) the parameter is rendered as an HTML character in Internet Explorer and results in an error when attempting to open the form via a worklist item.

Error Message

The following error occurs: “State '_base¶_Param=TEST' not found”.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.1) FP21 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP21 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
