Issue
Upgrading an environment or performing a reconfigure with the setup manager can cause the From Address field value in the Environment Library to be changed to the Mail Server field value. The issue is most common for customers who have more than the two out-of-the-box Environment Libraries.
Resolution
- Navigate to K2 Management site.
- Expand the Environment Libraries tree.
- Go through all the Environment Libraries and update the From Address to the correct value where needed.
