File Attachment Control not working on Secondary Runtime site

Issue

Users are unable to upload any file to a File Attachment control on a form opened using the secondary Runtime site URL. There are no issues on the same form that is opened using the primary Runtime site URL.

 

Error Code

The file, regardless of type or size, is stuck at (Uploading...)
 

Resolution

Compare the contents of the folders between the primary and secondary Runtime sites. You may use tools like Winmerge to run a comparison. With the exception of the web.config file, all others are expected to be identical between folders.
