Issue
In the K2 Management site we see the below error when we navigate to (Workflow Server --> Workflows --> Reports Tab).
Error Code
--------------------------------------------------------- An error occurred in the WorkflowReportingService Service Instance. System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---------------------------------------------------------Resolution
Updated the K2 Environment Fields and String table entries with the correct values for the below Environment Fields resolved the issue:
- Workspace URL
- Workspace URL SSL
Additional Information
In the K2 HostServer log files the below error is visible:
"Error","General","1","GeneralErrorMessage","K2Worker.LoadViewFlow","1 The ViewFlow URL could not be found. Ensure the Workflow URL Environment field exists.Looking in the K2 database we can see the below K2 Environment Fields does not have a value configured:
- Workspace URL
- Workspace URL SSL
- Workspace URL SSL
