How to register Endpoint Assembly Service?

Hi,

 

I have designed a K2 SmartForm that should submit data to external system. Our K2 version is 4.6.11. So, I cannot use REST for communication.  I developed Endpoint Assembly for this purpose. When I am trying to register my assembly as service type I am getting the error "Could not load file or assembly ... This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded...". I tried to buld my assembly using all .NET versions from 2.0 to 4.0 and alwase geting  the same error.  What I am doing wrong? I am using "BrokerManagement.exe" tool to register new service.

    I could register my Endpoint Assembly through SmartObjects -Services - Tester tool. I could not figure out what was wrong with "BrokerManagement.exe".
