When an assigner is set for a Location in the NIntex Promapp Improvements add on they may not be able to assign Improvements/Incidents for any sub locations.

Either

Add the desired assigner to the sub locations to allow them to assign Improvements/Incidents for that location

Or

Remove all sub location assigners

 

When no assigners are specified for the sub location, the assigners for the Location will be notified to assign.
Where there are sub location assigners specified, these users will be notified and the assigner for the main location will not be notified.
