Code Fix: When a workflow contains a DocuSign Create Tab event an error occurs in runtime

Issue Description

When a workflow contains a DocuSign Create Tab event configured with the “Ignore anchor if not present” option, if the anchor string is not present at runtime, the process goes into error state.

Error Message

The workflow goes into error state with the error stating: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five RTM FP5 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five RTM FP5 to apply the fix.
  4. It will be required to start a new instance of the workflow.
