An error appears after logging into K2 Designer using Forms STS:
An item with the same key has already been added
Symptoms
An error has been observed to appear after the following were performed prior to logging in:
- IISRESET
- K2 blackpearl service restart
- Clearing the browser cache.
Resolution
The error has not re-occurred after installing the K2 4.7 August Cumulative Update Fix Pack 12.Kindly raise a ticket with K2 Technical Support to request the fix.
