Issue Description
When you open a report from the Smart Starter App and attempt to export the report to Microsoft Excel, an error occurs when the date of the environment is set to dd/M/yyyy.
Error Message
The following error occurs: “The conversion of a varchar data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value”.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP20 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP20 to apply the fix.
- Refresh the browser cache.
