Hi, I’m wanting to use the Training module for Onboarding of specific roles. But wanting to link to Group Overview rather than individual processes. Can this be done or can we only link individual processes?

If I understood correctly your question, I think you want to ‘link’ a group overview (rather than an individual process) to your training courses.
If that is the case, this is how I would do it:
Once you’re in the ‘Group overview’ that you want to link to your course, click on the ‘Share’ icon and follow the prompts, as below. Basically, you would use the resulting link to insert it in your training course as a Hyperlink. Your trainee should be redirected to that group overview in Promapp once that hyperlink is selected.
