Change Process Expert Name to a group of processes

Quickest way to do bulk updates of owner or expert is for the Promaster to transfer the processes via the Admin > Users tab.

The only alternative is to edit each process and change the owner/expert in the Summary section, and then the process must be re-published for the change to take full effect.

As to whether you, as process expert, can update approve and publish the process really depends on your organisations business rules around those functions. Promapp functionality (if you don't have the approval workflow module) allows it, but in my org our business rule is that the process owner should give approval and publish.

This can be done under Users

Select Edit > Ownership & Rights

Click Transfer under Processes or Process Group

 

I recommend if you are changing SME and Owner, to do them as a separate transfer. SME first, then Owner.
