Issue Description

When you install K2 Five (5.2) Fix Pack 15 or later, an error is logged in the K2 Host Server log file.

Error Message

The following error is presented in the K2 Host Server log file: “Cannot access destination table '[dbo].[SourceCode_Forms_SFTreeIcons]'.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP25 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP25 to apply the fix.
