Code Fix: When configuring an Email event using the “Get Email Users” SmartObject method to set the recipient, the configuration panel does not load

Issue Description

When you configure an Email event in a workflow and you make use of the “Get Email Users” SmartObject method, and specify an environment field variable as the input to set the recipient, the configuration panel for the SmartWizard does not load correctly.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP20 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP20 to apply the fix.
  4. Refresh the browser cache.
