K2 custom reports

Hello All

 

Below are the reports which need to be fetched 

 

Is there any way where we can find list of smartforms linked to a workflows?

 

How many forms/smartobjects used in workflows?

 

count -number of time smartobjects executed and number of time smartforms executed?

 

Number of workflows which are not linked to sharepoint 

 

Reports which show how many smartforms, and smartobjects have not been used in past year

Is there anywhere where we can find K2 orphaned objects or k2 artifacts deleted?

    Hi,


     


    In K2 Package and Deployment tool, you can use the dependency checker and select a View to find out the SmartObjects that it uses.


    Perhaps, you can use the attached console application to print out all the views/forms/SmartObjects. I would also suggest logging a new feature request on ideas.k2.com. For a report that keeps track of forms that are connected to specific processes.
