After Applying New SDA License, "Unable to save pair" error

Issue

After the SDA license expires for an environment, when going to input the new license via the SDA admin page, an "unable to save pair" error is thrown.

Resolution

This error can occur when the original license request blob is generated with the default number of rules set to 1. When sending Nintex Support the license request blob, ensure that the number of rules is set to 50 or higher.

If your SDA license has expired, please log a Nintex Support Case including the license request blob generated with the above specifications.
