Issue Description

An error occurs in the Host Server logs when you attempt to access the swagger URL for the Workflow API even though it is already enabled.

Error Message:

The following error occurs in the Host Server logs: “The Workflow API in K2 has been disabled, please use K2 Management to enable it”. “Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.   Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow”.

Resolution

The fix is available in:

 

  1. Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
  2. Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
  3. Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
