Code Fix: Unable to run a Sync after re-activating a SharePoint Site Collection

Issue Description

When a SharePoint Provider Instance is disabled and you re-activate the SharePoint Site Collection for the K2 App, the provider instance is not enabled during the re-activation, and you are unable to run a Sync via the SyncEngine.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP35 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP35 to apply the fix.
  4. Run the Sync again.
