Issue

Assembly Failure on K2 Five Fix Pack 16:

Logged Error:
"Error from controlutil output: RegisterControlTypes Failed: Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information.
Could not load type 'SourceCode.Forms.Controls.Web.ControlPack.KendoUIBase' from assembly 'SourceCode.Forms.Controls.Web.ControlPack.Common, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=16a2c5aaaa1b130d"

Symptoms

This is will cause K2 Designer and K2 Management to fail on Startup. This issue is due to a known problem with Fix Pack 16 of K2 5.1

This error is resolved in Fix Pack 19 of K2 5.1.
