Cannot change K2 Service Account

When running the setup manager, there is no option to change the service account username. The user name field is disabled, and only the password can be changed.
Before You Begin
The issue could be caused by the server running with a Development Server license. With this type of license, the installer will not allow the service account to be changed.How-to Steps
You require a non-development server license in order to change the Service Account.
