Nintex workflow didnt trigger on item creation

Hi Christophe, yes we published it couple of times. till yesterday its working fine. we created multiple items on the same list in the yesterdays morning  but the workflow got triggered in the late night and we got mails for the same. It more than half day. we faced same issue today also.  so its taking lot of time to trigger the workflow . Its  abnormal behavior. now its working fine.

Did you perform any update to Nintex products or SharePoint? Can you create a new workflow with just an email action and run it for testing purposes? Does it start correctly?

No ,we didn't perform any update to nintex products, We are using SharePoint Online so, update is not in our scope.  Yes ,we created another workflow but it had the same issue. WF taking time to trigger. We are facing this issue from couple of days.

Can we please see a screenshot of your 'workflow settings' form?

Hi Tomasz, We didnt find any solution but however we are not facing this issue now. Workflow is triggering on item creation as expected.

When you clicked through to the "Not Started" workflow what message was the i (information) message giving you?

Sounds more like there may have been issues with the back-end workflow service in your tenant, especially if it came good after a few days.
