Hi GP,

What do you mean by "approve the eForm in New Responsive Form"?

Do you mean a form based approval task?

Yes you can connect submit button to a column by selecting action panel and configuring "connected to" from the left panel.

You can connect the button to a list column and pass a desired value see screenshots

I hope that is what you are after

Regards,
Ashish

hi @ghaiashish ,

Thanks for your reply, basically, I would like create a eForm with Save, Submit, Approve, Reject action button.

However, there only back, save, submit button, so that, I cannot "Approve"/ "Reject" the eForm.

If I set the "Connected to value" on submit button to "Pending for approval", what about the "Approve"/ "Reject" action button? since I cannot add more button on action panel

Oh yes understood the, you are right we can't have multiple buttons on universal forms .

But you can create a replica of you original form on the Nintex Assign task action

It gives a seemles experience to users filling / approving tasks. You can feed fields/outcomes from  approval forms to your main form.

Hope that helps
