Issue Description

When you apply K2 Five FP 25, you will notice a high memory usage related to the K2 service which results in K2 becoming unusable.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five FP36 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five RTM FP36 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
