Code Fix: The Rich Text control behaves incorrectly in Runtime

Issue Description

When you click the Rich Text control in K2 smartforms runtime, the font dropdown is changed to Verdana. However when you highlight or underline text in the control, additional fonts get added to the font dropdown for example Verdana,Arial, Helvetica or sans-serif.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP6 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP6 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.

Considerations

The issue will only effect you when using Chrome browser
