Issue
You are randomly getting redirected to the wrong URL when clicking on a Task step on a Viewflow.Symptoms
When clicking on a Task step on a Viewflow, the user expects to be directed to the following URL:
http://[K2 site URL]/Runtime/Runtime/Form.aspx?_Name=com.K2.System.Reports.Form.ActivityInstanceDetail&procinstid=28537&actinstid=13
In some cases which do not work, it goes to:
http://[K2 site URL]/Designer/K2Workflow/undefined/Runtime/Runtime/Form.aspx?_Name=com.K2.System.Reports.Form.ActivityInstanceDetail&procinstid=28537&actinstid=13
As a result, a 404 resource cannot be found is returned:
Resolution
This has been resolved in K2 5.2 Fix Pack 23 which you can install to resolve this issue.
