Workflows suspended - error "ServiceNoResponse"

An existing workflow which has been working for a long time suddenly started giving this error message, with the only details showing in the description comment "An unexpected error occurred on the connection."

 

Please can you advise what I should be looking for? 

 

The workflow is used on a list, and simply creates a task which sends an email out (an approval workflow)

Hi,

The first thing to do would be to update the credentials of the connection that is being used in the actions of the workflow.
