Code Fix: When running a sync, the data is not extracted and transformed to the Identity table

Issue Description

When you run a sync using the SyncEngine, the identities are synced in the SyncEngine but are not extracted and transformed to the Identity table. When trying to execute a SmartObject Get User method after the sync, users are not returned.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP28 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP28 to apply the fix.
  4. Start a new Sync using the SyncEngine.
