I tried this in several browsers, but in Send an Email action, when I click on the Insert Link icon in the toolbar, the left panel turned blank and nothing happen to set the URL of the link. Any idea of a fix or a work around?

Actually the problem was that the add link properties were not displayed in the right side panel, it was displayed under the rich text editor with no indication that there is something there. So on clicking on the add link icon, the right side panel became blank and the add link panel is added but not seen and I need to scroll down, which is very simple if I noticed it is there.

So it was not a bug, just bad UI/UX.

But I really appreciate the replies.

I remember it happened to me sometime. And it was related to my HTML format email.

Try it on an empty body email, it should work.

Try to validate your HTML formatted email on an external validation tool.

Sometimes the HTML wrapper does not render certain elements.
